We want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting components and interior decor. If your order isn't the perfect fit for your project, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring delicate components like light bulbs and textile cables are securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
